- Make sure that all of your other applications are closed.
- Click the "Start" button and then open the Control Panel. Some users may find the Control Panel located under "Settings"
- Click "Switch to Classic View" if you are not already
in Classic View
- Double click "Network Connections"

- Click on "Create a New Connection"
- The "Create New Connection" Wizard should be ready
- Click on "Next"
- Select "Connect to the Internet" from the list of
options
- Click on "Next"
- Select "Setup my connection manually" from the list
of options
- Click on "Next"

- Enter "Libcom" as the "ISP Name"
- Click on "Next"
- Enter your 10-digit Libcom Access Number in "Phone Number"
in the following format xxx-xxx-xxxx
- Click on "Next"

- Enter your Libcom Username in the box labeled "Username"
- Please make sure you enter your Username in ALL lowercase letters
- Enter your password in the box labeled "Password:"
- Please make sure that you have entered your password in ALL
lowercase letters
- Make sure that there is a checkmark in "Make this the default
Internet connection"
- Click on "Next"

- Make sure there is a checkmark in "Add a shortcut to this
connection to my desktop"
- Click on "Finish" to create your Libcom Internet Dialup
Connection
- You are now ready to use Libcom Internet Services
